I think maybe we will wait to potty train,,,,

I had high hopes of at least introducing the kids to the potty.  Bella was excited about it for a day and Jack for about 2 minutes.  They want nothing to do with it... nothing at all.  Well I really should not say nothing, Bella liked to use her froggy potty as a seat

We have them put away again and maybe we will try again at the end of the summer.... either that or I am going to wait until they go to college.

I just wanted to add a little bit more from that morning because I just LOVE Bella's pajamas.... aren't they great??  (here she is saying "CHEEEEEEEESE")

This is not the best picture by any means but I kept trying to get one of them hugging and this is about all I got.  It really is neat to see how much they love and care for each other.  They are so lucky to have a twin!

Long's Park...

Awhile back Jason and I took the kid's to Long's Park.  I forgot how beautiful it is.  We went and picked up some food and ate there as well.  It was one of those perfect days

Ack! Has it been that long since I updated??

Well just in case anyone checks here are some recent happenings here in the Druck Household (I promise I will  try to update better)

This was just this past week.... but Jack and I went to NJ to make a couple visits and we got to spend a little time with Grandmom...

Easter 2011

We took the kids to go get Easter pictures this morning... ha ha ha, that was a lot of fun.  Poor Bella just hates having her picture taken.  Jack does not mind it at first but he will fee off of Bella if she is upset.
You kind of just have to take a deep breath, step back, and enjoy them for what they are, I mean hey, they can't be as bad as last year's.... right??

We did get a couple of good ones of Jack

The photographer kept letting the kids push the button and take their own pictures, so they got one of me waving.  Yup, it is glamorous life I lead (no make-up, hair back.... don't be jealous)

Bella's EasterDress

I have been working on Bella's Easter dress for what seems like forever now.  I am just about done, which is good because we have professional pictures tonight.

Princesses on Ice....

A  couple weeks ago a group of us (Mom, Jessie, Calla, Vicky (Jason's Mom), Jack, Bella, and myself went to go see Princesses on Ice.  It was such a neat time.  I got all of Bella's princess dresses out but she did not want much to do with them.  I brought out her pink dress that she wore on the cruise and she just had to wear it.  She wore it the whole time... I would have bet money she would have taken it off but she just loved wearing it.
Vicky bought Jack and Bella each a souvenir.  So of course, Jack played with Bella's lighted wand thing and Bella played with Jack's sword:


Calla was also dressed up in her Princess finest (here she is with Mom)

The show has begun and Bella was mesmerized

I tried but Bella would not take her eyes off of the ice, even for me

It was a great show.  It was so neat to see so many little girls dressed as princesses.  There were a bunch of little boys there so Jack was not alone...

"Cupcakes... YAY YAY YAY"

Yesterday I had made cupcakes before the kids got up and figured they could ice and decorate their own later on.  Well I had them sitting up on the counter out of reach....
I was changing Jack's diaper and getting him dressed and was calling for Bella to come get dressed.  She did not respond.  I went to find her.  She was standing in front of the counter yelling "CUPCAKES YAY YAY YAY" and dancing throwing her arms up in the air.  She was SO proud of herself.   I tired to video tape it but by then the moment was over but it was honestly one of the most fun moments of being a mom so far.  Yes, she should not have eaten them but I also should have kept them out of reach.  She is getting so tall.  She was just so proud of herself and made up her own song and dance ... I love her!


I took a picture of her this morning just because she looks so darn cute.  She wanted to wear her pink skirt and just twirled in it.  Keep in mind that Bella hates getting her picture taken so as soon as I grabbed the camera she slunked in the chair and fussed so you will just have to imagine her big smile


I have a lot more to go over sometime soon... I went to Georgia the end of March and then we all went to go see "Princesses on Ice" and I have lots of pictures of each but just don't have the time.  I have been sick and finally after a week and a half I am almost back to normal... so there will be more to come soon :)
